Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are the manufacturer specialized in the cat products field since 2018.We are a pet products R & D team comprised of a group ofresearchers and designers who love cats.
Q2: What's your main products?
A: We offer pet products with different material types. Our main products are cat litter box, cat toys, cat cleaning products, cat beds,cat feeder and so on.
Q3: Can I customize my product?
A: ODM is available. We have our R&D department who will help you make your products come true. Color and package are all customized.
Q4: Can I have my logo on products?
A:Yes,please inform us before our production and confirm the design first based on our sample.
Q5: Can I have Sample Order
A:Yes,we welcome sample order to test and check quantity.We can provide a lower price sample,and you need to bear the postage yourself.
Q6: What's the lead time for regular order?
A:5-7days for samples and within 15-20days for order quantity lower than 1000pcs.
Q7: What's the payment term?
A: 50% TT prepaid before production, balance before delivery,
Small order and sample order 100% TT prepaid.
