Q: Can we get free sample with free shipping?
A: Normally we won't offer free samples, but we can apply free samples deducted from the bulk order.

A: Yes, you can tell us your idea, we will make mock up for your reference.

A: 1. Got your ideal packaging design
2. Create a template accordingly
3. Providing the template to customers for the design (Or customer provides the design with AI & PDF file for us to finish the design)
4. Pre-production sample arrangement
5. Sample is confirmed
6. Starting mass production after receiving your confirmation
