FRP pultrusion grating is made by a particular assembly process, which use I shape or T shape as cross bar and a solid pipe or a bar is used as a connecting rod to form a void-containing plate by a certain assembly process. The distance between I-beam & cross rods depend upon various load conditions.

1.Corrosion resistant: FRP pultruded grating has excellent corrosion resistance, resistance to varying degrees of acid, alkali, organic solvents and salts and many other gas and liquid media corrosion.
2. Light weight and high strength: FRP pultruded grating is glass fiber, continuous felt, surface felt and other reinforced materials by resin infiltration heating pultrusion. High glass fiber content(60% or more) to its one-way specific strength and specific stiffness is quite prominent.
3. Anti-slip: FRP pultruded grating surface with pre-designed linear anti-chute, but also through the binder to increase the extra anti-skid effect.
4. Anti-aging: FRP pultruded grating selection of high-quality resin, fiberglass system made to ensure that the product life of more than 20 years.

During the pultrusion process,the raw material are pulled through a heated steel forming die using a continuous pulling device. when the reinforcements are saturated with the resin mixture in the resin bath and the wetted reinforcement package is wrapped in a surfacing veil. the completed package then goes into a performer that roughly forms the package into the appropriate shape to enter the heated die for curing. the die is the exact shape of the final part desired. upon exiting the die, the part is over 90% cured and solid. the length of the part required is pulled through the cutoff saw and the process is complete.

A:1) Customers take photos of unqualified goods and then our sales staff will send them to Engineering Department to verify.
2) If the issue is confirmed, our sales staff will explain the root cause and take corrective actions in coming orders.
3) Finally, we will negotiate with our customers to make some compensation.
