 -B07 is a new model of six axis sliding headstock lathe.
-Main Spindle and sub spindle can process at the same time.
-Suitable for processing profile diameter ≤ Φ 7mm.
-Mainly process ultra-small diamater precision parts, Such as watch parts, probes, connector plugs etc.

Inner Structure Details Introduce:

1. B07 with rich combination configuration of end-face drilling,boring, transverse power head,reduce standby time.
2.Back equiped with Y-Axis, can realize composite processing, Back side and Main spindle side work together.
3.Gang tooling structure,move left and right, Fast tool change and good rigidity.
4.The main spindle part : Equiped with 6pcs square tools, side 2pcs live head tools, can move up and down,left and right. End-face with 3pcs drilling tools.
5.The sub spindle part: Equiped with 5pcs end-face tools, Side 2pcs live head tools, move up and down.

B07 CNC Lathe will configurated with bar feeder, with high-pressure oil pump,oil mist machine, improve the performance,extend the life of lathe.

--Max profile diameter within 7mm, suggest model B07,CK1107. B07 is with dual spindle type, CK1107 is single spindle type.
--Max profile diameter within 13mm, suggest our model B13,CK1113.
