Polyester Fabric (EP) Conveyor belt
Polyester fabric conveyor belts are also called EP belts, whose frameworks are composed of polyester canvas knitted by radial Dacron and weft poly-amide. They are characterized by low radial tensile rate and excellent groove forming ability and good water resistance. Their strength won't be weakened by moisture. Moreover, they won't mould and enjoys high initial modulus.
Applications:Suitable for conveying materials under the conditions of medium and longdistance,heavy load and highspeed, which is widely used in mines, metallurgy, architecture,ports, electricity, chemical industries, etc.

Chevron Conveyor Belt | |||||||
Chevron conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. Pattern shape and height(depth) may be different because of different conveyes material and gradient of conveyors.
With smooth surface conveyor belts, the maximum conveying angle of inclination is approximately 20° depending on the material. Using chevron cleated belts makes steeper angles of inclinations up to 40° possible, which allows for higher lift in lesser space.
Chevron conveyor belts have rubber cleats that are integrally vulcanized with the top cover of the belt. These profiles are made with highly abrasion resistant rubber types and are offered in softer compounds (45 to 50 Shore hardness) as also 60 shore materials. The profiles are shaped in such a manner that there is no need for special idlers and these can be run on conventional conveyors. The pitch between two cleats ensures a smooth ride over return idlers.
Steel Cord Conveyor Belt
As conveyor systems get longer, and handle increased volumes and tonnage, the belt itself needs to get stronger. Steel cable delivers higher strength, and decreased elongation compared to fabric; and steel cord belts deliver cheaper and more reliable performance for any system with long conveying distances or high lifts.
Steel Cord Rubber Conveyor Belts is composed of core glue, steel wire rope, cage cover layer and edge glue. It has the characteristics of mould proof, moth proof, anti-aging and good heat resistance.

Pipe Conveyor Belt | |||||||
The tubular conveyor belt is a new type of conveyor belt with a ribbon skeleton (EP cloth, steel cord, etc.) as the skeleton and high elastic, high wear-resistant and high strength rubber as the working surface. It is mainly used for conveying powder and granular materials that are polluted to the environment. When working, the rubber belt changes from a flat shape to a ∪ shape, and finally into a tubular shape, folding the material to achieve a closed conveying process.
The main features of the belt
1, the material closed transport, not only to protect the material, but also to protect the environment.
2, large Angle transmission, transmission Angle can generally reach 30 degrees.
3, the transmission line can be arranged according to the space curve.

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt
The belt core of this product is made of polyester canvas with high modulus, low shrinkage, and extremely high breaking strength, and the covering rubber is made of EPDM or chlorinated butyl rubber with good high-temperature resistance, which is refined by processes including compound molding with high-temperature resistant materials and vulcanization.
After special stain setting treatment, the belt core of this product provides high adhesive strength. Under normal conditions of use below 180 ºC, the product offers small elongation and deformation, and excellent wear performance.
It withstands the high temperature of 250ºC for a short period of time.
It is suitable for use in cement, coking, metallurgy, steel, and other industries.

Flame-retardant Conveyor Belt
The difference between K2 and K3 is that the flame retardant grade is different, and the use environment of K2 is worse, that is, the requirements of K2 tape are higher.
General flame resistant conveyor belt K2
K3 is widely used in power plants and coal transportation materials.
It plays a role of flame retardant in the process of product follow-up use.
The Flame-retardant conveyor belt is made of Textile cord or Steel cord and finished through the process of calendring, assembling, vulcanizing etc.
Flame-retardant conveyor belts used to reduce or even avert damages to persons and property in case of fire.suitable for conveying materials that require a flame resistant and static conductive belts or under the condition of flammable or explosive environment above coal mines

Bucket elevator conveyor belt
For high performance elevators such as in the cement industry, steel cord conveyor belts are used in diverse designs. It is generally using heat and ageing resistant rubber compounds for their steel cord elevator belts. Special designs according to customers' specifications may be realized at any time. The elevator belts can be delivered ready-to-install including mechanical fasteners, bucket protection sheets as well as punched holes for bucket installation.

Coal Feeder conveyor belt
Coal Feeder Conveyor Belting width: 400mm-2200mm;
V guide strip reduces tracking problems
These belts are designed to keep belts running consistently in proper alignment
Flanged pattern prevents coal powder or lamps from spilling over edges during transportation
Rubber covering give the base belt maximum strength
