Advantages of Spring Roll Processing Line
1. The machine has compact structure and reasonable design. The pulp bucket, host, and mesh belt adopt an independent split design, and the drive is individually controlled. The drive adopts a variable frequency speed regulating motor, which is easy to adjust and has no noise. The temperature control device is a far-infrared temperature detector.
2. Slurry bucket The slurry bucket is inclined to collect materials, detachable, and the bottom is designed with a valve, which makes it easy to clean the beating and mixing materials.
3. The slurry pump adopts independent frequency conversion control to strictly control the material flow.
4. The food-contact parts are made of food-grade SUS 304. Easy to clean and hygienic.
5. The bottom is equipped with ground angle lifting bolts to adjust the horizontal placement of the equipment. The heavier rubber universal wheels ensure convenient movement of the equipment and protect the floor glue of the workshop.
