Ceramic Board is a refractory board which has low thermal conductivity and high tensile strength and excellent resistance against thermal shock and chemical attack. Upon initial use at specific temperature the organic binder burns and turns the board to brownish giving slight odor. Once the binder is burnt out it will be pure white and odorless.

Throw it into the forming pool by pump, and stir by compressed air. Put the mold into forming pool, and make the fiber pulp be absorbed on the mould by the principle of vacuuming. Control the time of adsorption ccurately, let fiber wet material get vacuum dehydration , and place it in the tray for drying oven drying 10 to 24 hours. After drying of fiberboard through special grinding machine, trimming machine, control the size.
