The customer want to upgrade Mn from 16-28% to 35%+.
1. Feeding System
Equipment: Hopper, Vibration feeder, Belt conveyor.
Function: Evenly feed to crushing equipment.
2. Crushing System
Equipment: PE Series Jaw Crusher, PEX Series Jaw Crusher.
Function: primary and secondary crushing, achieve the required size.
3. Grinding System
Equipment: Ball Mill, Spiral Classifier.
Function: separation of chrome ore and impurities.
4. Concentrating System
Equipment: Magnetic Separator, Shaking Table.
Function: separation of Fe and Mn, upgrade Mn
