Waste plastic tyre pyrolysis plant is applied to extract fuel oil from waste (waste tires, rubbers, plastics, soles, life garbage, cable skin and so on ) from waste rubber to energy, pyrolysis machine. seperating crude carbon black, steel wires. the sync gas produced can also be recycled to use as fuel to heat reactor.

1. Put raw materials into reactor by auto-feeder, then heat the reactor. Do not stop heating the reactor when the temperature reaches nearly 250 degree Celsius, waste tyre will be transferred to oil gas.
2. The oil gas will be cooled by condenser to liquid oil then collected by oil tank.
3. The exhaust gas which can not be cooled to liquid oil will be recycled to heat the reactor. Smoke produced during processing can achieve national emission standard through dual desulfurization and dusting removal device.
4. After oil producing finished , give 3 hours for cooling the reactor,after that carbon black will be discharged automatically.

1. High Oil Yield. Generally speaking, the oil yield of rate our tyre to oil plant can reach 45%-50% for the big waste tyres. For the small waste tyres, the oil yield rate can be 35%-40%. The oil yield rate may be the most important factor when you choose a waste tyre pyrolysis oil plant. In addition, ou plant uses the rotary condenser, which can promote oil yield and make it convenient to maintain the plant.
