The non gravity portions on both sides of the conveyor belt are supported by a bottom plate with antifriction and wear-resistant materials, which supports the conveyor belt and serves as a seal. This support bottom plate is connected to the side plate, which is connected to the top plate, forming a shell type seal structure.
Install a dust curtain in the guide chute at the receiving end of the belt conveyor, which allows the material falling from the hopper to be concentrated in the middle of the conveyor belt before reaching the belt speed, restricting the material from falling out.
