Working Principle:
Nitrogen making machine is designed and manufactured according to pressure swing adsorption technology. Nitrogen making machine with high quality imported carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as adsorbent, using pressure change adsorption principle (PSA) at room temperature air separation to produce high purity nitrogen. Usually, two adsorption towers are used in parallel, and the imported pneumatic valve is controlled by the imported PLC to operate automatically. Alternately, pressure adsorption and decompression regeneration are carried out to complete the separation of nitrogen and oxygen and obtain the required high purity nitrogen.
