The GLT non-metallic pipe couplings are used for connecting all kinds of plastic pipes, which are axially pull-out resistant. Plastic pipe axial angle bias can reach 6 degree and meanwhile can still ensure that plastic pipes can connect with metallic pipes. The maximum pressure can reach 20 bar.

Axially Fixed: The teeth on the position-limited anchor ring bite tightly the pipe surface. Due to the gradually increased internal pressure or external force influence that increases the pull-out force on the pipe, the teeth bite even deeper into the pipe. Axially Flexible: As the inside pressure increases with the flow of liquid, gas, and solid, the force that the seal lips contact the pipe surface bear increases accordingly as well, preventing the liquid, gas, and solid inside from leakage.

Axially Fixed: The progressive sealing structure and deeply teeth-shaped position-limit anchor ring can contact hard steel's surface very well, guaranteeing a strong capability of pull-out resistance. Axially Flexible: The structure of the seal lips can still guarantee the best seal effect even under the condition of high pressure or vacuum negative pressure.

To allow the connection for pipes with different OD. The coupling itself can sustain the acceleration impact of 350 grams within 0.02 seconds; compared with the flange, it can reduce more than 80% of the impact, vibration, and noise created by engines, motors, and machines.
