Automatic Moving Grate Coal Fired Steam Boiler is horizontal single-drum shell boiler with water-fire tubes. It has chain grate as burning device, upper-in-and-upper-out style natural water circulation with ejection for hot water boiler of this series, the right and left side of furnace as radiant heating surface, two wings of furnace and threaded smoke tubes as convection heating surface and three-dimensional shield shell. Furnace is divided by Smoke baffle wall into combustion chamber (firebox) at front and reburning chamber at back.

Biomass Fired Boiler Burning process
The fuel falls from the coal hopper to the front of the grate. With the operation of the grate, the coal undergoes preheating, dry distillation, ignition, and embers. The slag falls into the slag hopper and is discharged from the furnace at any time by the slag remover. The flue gas is in the front and back arches. The throat between the throat can form a vortex to fully mix with the air, heat the front arch, improve the fire conditions, enter the two-wing convection tube bundle through the exit smoke window on the upper part of the arch, enter the threaded smoke pipe through the front smoke box, and pass through the economizer and dust collector. The induced draft fan is led to the chimney and discharged.
