Wire drawing of finished wire rods is relatively fast, saving some manpower. The speed of nail production is also very fast


After the silk is drawn, it is fed into the fully automatic wire feeding machine head to produce semi-finished nails
Polishing - Place the semi-finished nails into a polishing machine for polishing. The polishing machine places some chemical raw materials such as sawdust, paraffin, gasoline, etc., and after friction and impact, throws shiny nails
Packaging - All three of the above are important, and packaging can be customized according to the user's own needs

1. Feed:
Select the remaining waste heads from the prefabrication yard with a diameter of less than 8mm and a length of more than 10cm, as well as the waste steel bars, cold drawn wires, waste welding rods, and round heads removed from old buildings as raw materials.
2. Principle:
1. First, the raw materials will be brushed and rust removed by the wire drawing machine, and then pulled to the size and diameter of the nails you need; 2. Enter the nail making mechanism again to form a round nail; 3. Load it into a polishing machine (add raw materials) and throw it to the desired brightness. Pour it out; 4. Measurement packaging leaves the factory. (It can also be pulled into square mesh, chicken coops, greenhouses, clothes hangers, car baskets, and other aspects for use.)
3. Parameters:
This mechanism can produce nails with a length of 50-180 millimeters (2 inches, 2.5 inches, 3 inches, 4 inches, 5 inches, 6 inches, etc.). The replacement module can produce round nails of different specifications, with a working voltage of 380 volts. It is operated by three people and covers an area of over 20 square meters. It can be learned in 1-2 days of primary school education, and can be put into production when connected to the power supply.
