1. Equipment Description:Fieldpaq II is a portable 4 channel real-time analyzer that is built for advanced noise and vibration measurements in the field. For measurements in harsh environments, Fieldpaq II is manufactured with a ruggedized housing by a dual injection molding process and protective sealing to provide an IP 65 rating.Fieldpaq II is equipped with a large 5-inch color (800 x 480 high resolution) touch screen. The combination of Microsoft's powerful WinCE operating system and touch screen operation provides a user friendly and intuitive interface. Fieldpaq II acquires measurement signal with precision 24 bit sigma delta AD converters to provide a high dynamic range, up to 40 kHz
maximum bandwidth. Fieldpaq II is powered by a 800 MHz CPU for running the Windows CE system and the DSP chip TI TMS320C6713B for performing signal analysis at extremely fast real-time rates.
2. Equipment Features:2.1 FieldpaqII dynamic signal analyzer is specially designed for various advanced vibration noise detection and dynamic balance correction. In order to adapt to the harsh working envirionment, FieldpaqII uses a high texture dual-colour ejected engineering plastic shell and has an IP65 dustproof sprinkler protection rating.
2.2 FieldpaqII is equipped with a 5-inch large touch control color screen combined with a powerful Windows CE opertating system and touch screen, and FieldpaqII is very intuitive and easy to use on the monitoring and operation interface of data.
2.3 In terms of signal interception, FieldpaqII uses a high-performance 24-bit ∑-△AD converter that provides a free dynamic range and a measurement signal with a maximum measurement frequency width up to 40 KHz.
2.4 In terms of digital signal processing, FieldpaqII uses 80WHZ CPU and DSP TITMS320C6713B digital signal processing wafer for real-time signal analysis.
2.5 FFT Spectrum Analysis. In addition to supporting general spectrum measurement, FieldpaqII's dual-channel FFT program also supports the measurement functions like frequency application functions required for Modal Test or Operational Deflection Shape. For the testing of machines
with different revolving speed, this module also supports continuous spectrum measurement and is displayed on waterfall plot or intensity plot. For the analysis of the frequenc of bearing problems, the FFT module also supports the test of Envelope Spectrum, which is of great help for the diagnosis of bearing damage signals.
2.6 Dynamic Balance Software. The dynamic balance software of FieldpaqII supports simultaneous signal measurement of four channels and supports state-of-the-art multi-point dynamic balance correction methods. For example, in the program of single-plane dynamic balance correction, one to four vibration points can be selected for measurement, so that the vibration values of all measurement points can be ensured, and the effective reduction can be achieved at the same time after correction. In addition, the software also supports the measurement of vibration balue and absolute phase angle at double frequency of reducedd rotation speed, and displays them on polar coordinates. According to the polar coordinate, the user can predict the unbalance value position of the rotating part after the first vibration measurement. Such pratice can avoid the inaccuracy and danger caused by high vibration value due to improper test weight position, and these polar coordinates can provide such useful auxiliary function when the balance correction is made near the resonance frequency. In addition, the dynamci balancing software has the following features:
