The plate heat exchanger unit essentially consists of a heat exchanger, a circulating pump, a make-up pump, an electric cabinet, a filter, a base, a pipeline, valves and instruments and may be provided with components such as an automatic constant-pressure water make-up device, a water treatment device, a water tank, a pump variable-frequency controller, a temperature control valve and a remote communication controller to form a complete heat exchange station.
The plate heat exchanger unit is to get heat from the primary network and convert it into domestic and heating water needed by the users automatically and continuously. The steam or hot water enters the plate heat exchanger from the primary inlet of the unit under the control of temperature control valve according to the required flow rate of the heating system, and the heat exchanger heats the heating (domestic) return water of the heat users by indirect heat exchange and then flows out from the primary outlet of the unit; the secondary return water first passes through the filter to remove the dirt and then enters the heat exchanger through the secondary circulation pump to be heated by steam or hot water for users to produce hot water of different temperatures for Heating, air conditioning or domestic water, such as different temperatures of hot water.
