5. produce double glazing and triple glazing and shaped insulating glass

6. brushes can wash coating glass, low- e glass, variable frequency drive.

7. Ball screw and Synchronous belt control to flat press section,able to open 450mm for main tenance

8. Automatic energy-conservation discontinuity working system: the running section operate in full

speed and the other sections that are not in work will automatically change into intelligent dormancy

state. It saves the energy and decreases the power consumption.

9. the low-voltage apparatus adopted the international famous brand.

10. having two kinds of operation model: automatic operation and manual operation.

Soft brush can wash LOW-E glass and coat glass
It adopts custom-made and imported nylon, front is three pairs of soft brushes(Φ0.10mm), back is three pairs of hard brushes(φ0.15mm)
