XY-311 silicone defoamer is suitable for pulp making process in paper factory, this defoamer can eliminate overfull foam in pulp washing and circulation efficiently.  

XY-311 defoamer bears middle and high working temperature 
(60ºC-100ºC), strong alkali condition (pH value 10.0-14.0).

Use method

XY-311 defoamer can be used in stock solution(undiluted) or diluted with thickened water for use.  
It is suggested that use a suitable device and/or tool, add this product into the place where it can disperse easily. 
In pulp washing section, use a metering pump for continuous adding through the filling point.

Dosage

Rate of flow: 5-15L per hour, use a metering pump
10-100 ppm for waste water treatment use


The optimal adding point, adding amount, adding method and dilution ratio should be based on a series of lab and field test result. Proper dosage level of this defoamer is sufficient for inhibiting and breaking the foam effectively, don't use it excessively.

Package & Storage

The product is available in 25kg, 200kg plastic drum or IBC tank (1000kg).
Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

When stored between 10 and 30ºC in the original unopened containers, the shelf life is 9 months from the date of manufacture.
