C38000 process performance:
Formability: Good formability in hot and cold processing.
Welding performance: soft and hard brazing, gas shielded arc welding and resistance welding, protective metal welding good, oxygen welding.
C38000 is mainly used in shipbuilding, petrochemical industry and electrical appliances.
C34500 has good mechanical properties and high strength and plasticity. It can withstand cold and hot pressure processing well and has the tendency of corrosion and rupture. Brass is used to make hardware, daily necessities, screws and other parts.
C17000 beryllium bronze has excellent comprehensive properties. Its mechanical properties, namely strength, hardness, wear resistance and fatigue resistance rank first in copper alloys. Its conductivity, thermal conductivity, no magnetic, spark resistance and other properties can not be compared with other copper materials. The strength and conductivity of beryllium bronze are at the lowest value in solid solution soft state. After work hardening, the strength is improved, but the conductivity is still low. After aging heat treatment, the strength and conductivity of beryllium bronze are obviously increased.
