Product Description
Linear bearing is used in conjunction with quenched linear transmission shaft. A system that moves in an infinite straight line. The load ball and quenched transmission shaft are in point contact, so the allowable load is small. However, when moving in a straight line, the friction resistance is minimal, the accuracy is high, and the movement is fast.

There are no special requirements for plastic linear bearing mating shaft; It can bear more load than metal bearing, but the movement speed of plastic linear bearing is limited due to sliding friction between bearing and shaft; The motion resistance is greater than that of metal linear bearings; However, its movement noise is lower than that of metal linear bearings, especially in the case of medium and high speed, the impact of plastic linear bearing noise with speed is very small. The plastic linear bearing is allowed to be used in places with heavy dust due to its internal chip removal groove design. The dust will automatically take out the friction surface of the bearing body from the chip removal groove during the movement; Plastic linear bearings can also be cleaned during use. The internal sliding film made of special materials can even be used for long-term operation in liquid.
