SF3015 3D 5-Axis Laser Cutting Machine
The SF series of 3D 5-Axis laser cutting machines are designed for customers in the automotive, mould, home appliance, engineering machinery, hardware, medical equipment, fitness equipment and other fields. They are characterised by high precision, high speed, low cost of ownership, simple operation and maintenance, and can meet the needs of different production schedules.

It is mainly for customers in the fields of automotive, aerospace, construction machinery, shipping, hardware, decoration, medical equipment, mold, household appliances, fitness equipment and other fields to solve their problems of three demension cutting of metal workpieces. Its characteristics are high precision, fast, low cost, simple operation and maintenance.


SF3015 3D 5-Axis Laser Cutting Machine adopts Gantry structure with dual rack & pinion driven system, with advantages of reliable stability, high rigidity and faster speed. The Gantry structure and transmission mode ensure high-speed positioning, fast dynamic response and good stability of the equipment. The gears, linear guide, rack & pinion and other transmission components are all from international well-known brands. SF3015 has features of: High speed, High stability, High quality processing, Extremely low running cost as well as very good adaptive capacity. SF3015 3D 5-Axis Laser Cutting Machine is mainly used for cutting 3D shaped metal sheets. Cutting materials include low carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc. The cutting table can be equipped with a double-station mobile table to meet the requirements of large-scale cutting beats

Extensibility: In addition to 3D cutting of workpieces, the machine can also be used for flat cutting and can be equipped with welding modules for welding functions to meet different customer needs.

 Details
The main machine tool consists of main components such as viaduct rails, beams, Z-axis, rotating shaft, cutting head and rotating double-station cutting table. It adopts helical-toothed bilateral synchronous driving to ensure high-precision requirements for equipment operation.
 
The cutting head has two rotating axises, C axis and A axis, and one shafts. The C axis is a rotating shaft that can be continuously rotated 360° without restriction in the vertical direction. This means that it can rotate any number of turns around its own axis without any restrictions, to ensure that the cutting head does not have any restrictions in performing various complex trajectory movements.
Laser source is core part of whole system, it's generate laser for cutting, directly related to system cutting ability and quality, adopting World's leading brand Raycus fiber laser source.
Technical training
The laser processing industry has become a high-tech industry, which requires high quality operators and maintenance personnel not only to better operating but also maintaining the machine in a good condition. Our Laser Processing Technology Training Center can provide free training to customer's technical staff (college degree or above, 1-3 staffs) in terms of equipment operation, maintenance and process technology. The training lasts for 5-7 days. After installation and commissioning at user's site, our technical expert will continue to stay on site for further training and guidance until user's technical staffs can work independently.

After-sales service
1. Warranty period: From the acceptance qualified date, the warranty period will be 1 (one) year, but in any case, not more than 18 months after B/L date. Seller is responsible to offer free fittings in these years (except consumable part.) Buyer has to send the damaged fitting to sellers. After the warranty, we will also provide favorable service of long term technical supports and spares supply to ensure machine's stable and continuous running.
2. The artificial damage in the warranty period and damage after warranty period, Seller offers paid service.
3. The Seller will give 24 hours service support during warranty time, and giving technical guide by email, telephone, Fax for daily maintenance, if need local support, Buyer has to pay for the travel and accommodation & meal cost for the people from seller's side, no labor charge require.
If products are out of warranty and require on site service, Buyer have to pay for the travel and accommodation & meal cost for the people from seller's side, labor charge is require, USD600/day per people.
4. About the transportation expanses of spare parts will be supported by both parties in the warranty period, like Buyer support the cost of transportation for damage spare part back to supplier; Seller support the new spare part deliver to Buyer.

Warranty period
The warranty period is one year for whole machine and 5 years for lase source (optical lenses, ceramic rings, nozzles and other consumables are not included) from the date of installation.

A1:1 years quality guaranty, the machine with main parts(excluding the consumables) shall be changed free of charge(some parts will be maintained) when if any problem during the warranty period.

We will send you manual and guide video in English, it can teach you how to operate the machine. If you still can not learn how to use it, we can help you by "Teamviewer" online help software. Or we can talk by phone, email or other contact ways.

Q3:Payment terms?

Q4:Do you have CE document and other documents for customs clearance?
A4:Yes,we have Original. At first we will show you and And after shipment we will give you CE/Packing list/Commercial Invoice/Sales contract for customs clearance.
