1, Loading:

2, Operation:

According to the product process, set the process parameters on the human-machine interface. The process parameters of each product include total rolling time, forward rotation time, reverse rotation time, pause time, rolling mode, rolling speed, the time for adding auxiliary materials for the first time, the time for adding auxiliary materials for the second time, and the rest time at the end of rolling. Some (0~29) have a total of 30 procedures (i.e. process parameters of 30 products) that can be memorized.

When the rolling mode is set as breathing rolling, the rolling machine will: carry out forward rotation and reverse rotation under vacuum, and pause under normal pressure. That is, start → forward rotation (vacuumize to the set vacuum degree and keep it) → pause (vacuumize, keep the normal pressure until the suspension is finished) → reverse rotation (vacuumize to the set vacuum degree and keep it) → pause (vacuumize, keep the normal pressure until the suspension is finished) → forward rotation (vacuumize to the set vacuum degree and keep it) → pause (vacuumize, keep the normal pressure until the suspension is finished)... pause after reaching the time for the first and second feeding of auxiliary materials, At the same time, the alarm signal light is on. When the worker has finished feeding and covered the cover, press the feeding end button to make the rolling machine continue to run until the total rolling time is up.

When the worker has finished adding the material and covered the blank cover, press the feeding end button to make the rolling machine continue to run until the total time is over.

When the rolling mode is set to normal pressure rolling, the rolling machine will be in the normal pressure state: start → forward rotation → pause → reverse rotation → pause → forward rotation →... pause after reaching the time for the first and second auxiliary feeding, and the alarm signal light will be on at the same time. When the worker has finished feeding and covered the cover, press the feeding end button to make the rolling machine continue to run until the end of the total time.

In addition, the drive device of this machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation. Users can adjust steplessly between fast speed (12 rpm) and slow speed (1 rpm) at any time as required.

3, Unloading

After the total time of rolling and kneading, the drum will automatically stop and keep the vacuum in the drum and continue to count until the set standing time is up, and an alarm signal will be sent to prompt the operator to open the lid and take out the materials in the drum. At this time, press the vacuum elimination button to eliminate the vacuum. At this time, the cylinder cover can be removed. Then press the discharge button, and the cylinder will rotate in the discharge direction (clockwise), so that the meat will be sent out by itself and fall into the meat truck and other containers connected under the cylinder mouth, completing the entire process.
