2. Are the batteries come with busbars+bolts?
The price come with Bus bars and Bolts,One Battery will come with one set bus bar and bolt e.g.,If buy 4pcs battery,we will send 4pcs cells with 4pcs busbars and 8pcs bolts)If need more please contact us online.
3. Can you test each battery PRIOR to shipping?
We will test all the battery Voltage and Internal resistance before shipping.
4. What kind of the package of the cells?
Pack with strong package, each cell into thickness PE foam or bag, then into 5 layers strong carton.

order and pay directly after reading for all the details, And you can send us inquiry or chat with us online they will create

9. Why received scuff marks LiFePO4 Prismatic cells?
Scuff marks is normal factor, due to factory QC has been inspected several times. There will be a little scuff marks in various inspections through all the batteries are placed together to check at our warehouse by QC; And All prismatic cells will make the Laser Welded studs, check each cell Voltage and Internal resistance to make sure the battery cells get ully matched and batched at our warehouse.

1. The battery is so heavy, will it damaged easily by transfering?
This is also a matter of great concern to us.After long-term improvement and verification, our packaging is now very safe and reliable.When you open the package, you will definitely fell our sincerity.
2. Does your battery pack include BMS? Can we use it for car?
Yes, our battery pack include BMS, you can use it for low speed car only or aux.power for standard car. Do not use it for standard car directly, that will need more complex design BMS for the pack.
3. What functions does your battery pack support?
Our battery pack can support customized Bluetooth monitoring function.
4. How Do I confirm the high quality of the battery pack from you?
All of battery pack use brand new battery cells and the grade is A.We will test all the battery Voltage ,Internal resistance and capacity before delivery.
