Cutter Suction Dredger
Mr. James, someone working in dredging from Singapore, contacted us on Feb. 6th, 2021. His company charged a dredging project locally, now they need a Cutter Sand Suction Boat to start because the sediments are mostly silt and sand. If using the jet suction dredger, the silt couldn't be jetted up smoothly. After receiving this inquiry, we made a Whatsapp group at first, including the customer and our engineers. Then we started to ask about the working condition locally, such as the water depth, dredging depth, discharge distance, and the sand capacity they expect.
According to the above information, we choose some models in different pump types for the cutter suction dredger firstly. Then we received the detailed sand analysis report from James. "It's really helped a lot," our engineer (Mr. Mee) said, " the detailed analysis report helps us to confirm the most suitable pump model and engine, it saves a lot of time to confirm again and again and reduce the possibility of mistakes."
