ZW self-priming non-clogged sewage pump working principle: the pump body is provided with a liquid storage chamber, and through the upper return hole and the circulation hole below the pump chamber is communicated with, constitute the pump axial return external mixed system. After the pump stops working, the pump cavity has stored a certain volume of liquid, when the pump starts, the liquid storage in the pump under the action of the impeller, entrainment with empty and is discharged upward. Preparation and trial operation of self priming pump before starting
1. Check whether the fasteners of pump base, pump cover and other connecting parts are loose. If it is loose, it should be tightened.
2. Is the wind blade of the motor stuck or abnormal sound by hand?
3, open the pump above the water valve, add liquid storage water is not less than two-thirds of the pump volume, close the valve. After the boot does not need to pour water.
4. Connect to the power supply and try to turn it around. From the motor end, it is clockwise turning (it is forbidden to reverse). If there are abnormal phenomena, the cause should be found out and eliminated.
