Q: What's your MOQ?
A: We can accept 500pcs/colour at first trial order, but the MOQ. need 1,000pcs/colour for the second order.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Yes, of course. Please tell me your DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT account, we will sent the sample for you.
Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: Around 2-3 days without logo printing. Around 7-10 woking days with customized logo printing.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
A:It's depend on your order quantity. Normally the lead time need 25-35 days.
Q: How many colors are available?
A:Customized, Any silicone colors are available by pantone code.
Q: What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?
A: AI, IGS ,STP and CDR is workable .We will make 3D drawing in UG ,PRO-E software .
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Our normal payment terms is 100% by T/T for small order.
For bulk order : 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping.
Q. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
