Design Points of Lipstick Shell Injection Mold
As a lipstick container,the lipstick shell is usually injection-molded,and an injection mold is required during the processing of the lipstick shell injection molding.The lipstick caps injection molding parts on the market do not have an antomatic demolding structure,which is inconvenient to take out the lipstick shell injection molding parts after injection molding,and the cooling effect is not good enough,and the injection molding cooling process is long.Therefore,We propose such an injection mold with automatic demolding function for the processing of lipstick shell injection parts.
1.Lipstick Caps Plastic Part Analysis
Lipstick caps plastic material is GP STYRENE(styrene),shrink 1.004,this material is often used to make food-grade product packaging.Lipstick plastic parts have extremely high requirements on the external surface,and there must be no defects that affect the appearance.The parting surface of the plastic part will be an inclined surface,and there is a buckle on both sides of the cylinder,which requires a sloped top or a slider to be demolded.
2.Lipstick Caps Mould Design Points
1)Parting surface design: According to the shape of the plastic part,the parting surface of the mold is an inclined surface.Since the plastic parts are not allowed to have clamping lines,the front mold core is not designed with inserts,and is directly left for production.
2)Glue feeding method:The glue feeding method of plastic parts is the diving port feeding.
3)The mold ranking is 1 out of 4,which is suitable for the injection molding machine BOY 50 specified by the customer.This injection molding machine is a German machine.The manufacturer is committed to developing and producing injection molding machines with a clamping force below 1000kN,precision production with ultra-low deviation,and sufficient mold loading.Space,Suitable for larger molds,the body structure is simple,the collection of finished products is easy,and the settings are simplified during operation.
The BOY injection molding machine has sufficient tie-rod and platen spacing to accommodate relatively oversized molds.This feature of BOY injection molding machine solves the problem that the mold used by most customers is too large,so this model is widely used in cosmetic injection molding manufacturers.
4)Ejection system design:The buckle position of plastic parts is designed with elastic inclined top ejection.The elastic lifter is DMS standard.
5)Cooling system: a U-shaped cooling circuit is designed for the front mold of the mold,and two straight lines for water transport are designed for the rear mold.
6)The whole set of mold design uses HASCO standard parts,and individual components use Japanese MISUMI standard parts.
7)Parting surface vent: Vent design on front die.
