       This process line uses rices,corn, beans and all kinds of grains as raw material. Through extruding, inflating, drying, crushing and mixing, it could produce many kids of nutrition powder, such as baby rice powder, sesame paste, beans powder and so on. This line could finish all the process automatically from the the feeding to the end. It has features of easy operation, without leak of powder dust, sanition, saving energy and easy to add all kids of raw material and nutriment.
       Pre-gelatinized starch/Modified starch process line is specially designed for producing Denatured Starch, Modified Starch, Pre Gel Starch. Modified Starch is widely used in textile, food process, oil drilling, paper, construction industries etc.

Features of drying machine
This kind of oven has a wide range of application. It can dry all shapes of puffing food, including strip, lump, granular materials etc, as well as other types of materials. Users can choose different types with different layer, length, and heating mode. It has compact design and easy operation.The oven is droved with double pitch roller chain and heats materials circularly. It runs smoothly, never obstruction.Roasting temperature and time can be adjusted, effect of roasting is perfect.With high efficiency fuel saving system, reasonable heat distribution, material is heated equally, low energy but large output.

A: We usually need 40-45 days for large sizes, depends on the finished product, so machine wash-change.

A: Depending on the whole line of equipment price list, it usually takes 2-3 weeks. We will provide you with installation instructions, such as start, as well as their operation machines for quality control, testing of different recipes.
Q: What is the warranty period for using the device?
