Hot dip galvanized welded pipe
Hot-dip galvanized pipe is to make molten metal react with iron matrix to produce alloy layer, so that the matrix and coating can be combined. First ,in order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of steel pipes, pickling is needed, ater tis ,the pipes are cleaned in a tank with aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride or mixture of the two and then sent into the hot-dip galvanizing tank. Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
Hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe type F, Type E and Type S. including of grade A and grade B,
