I. summary
   Our new high efficiency rotary film deaerator is a new structure of deaerator which has been researched and promoted in recent years.Its design is mainly to change the original jet type into rotary jet film type, is a set of rotary film and bubble boiling condensation as one of the high efficiency new water film type deaerator, with high efficiency of oxygen removal, uniform heat exchange, small steam consumption, stable operation, good adaptability, the water quality, water temperature requirements are not harsh, etc., and can exceed the force of about 20 ~ 50% operation.
II. Principle.

    The heat transfer, mass transfer of the new high-efficiency rotary film deaerator is different from the existing drenching disc type, rotary film type and atomization type, mainly the three heat transfer methods of jet, rotary film and suspended bubble Buddha are shrunk into one heat transfer, mass transfer method, which has high efficiency.

The new rotary film tube has a great resolving capacity and causes the liquid film to rotate strongly along the wall of the tube to absorb a large amount of steam, enhancing the heat transfer and mass transfer functions, changing the phase bubble boiling to suspended bubble boiling, improving the flood point (splash) when the steam flow rate is high in each layer and being able to maintain the steam (gas) channel; shrinking the three independent heat and mass transfer devices into one, which is completed within a single unit of components. Because of its high efficiency and certain special features, it breaks through the technical performance of existing deaerators. This deaerator is an improved version of the rotary film type deaerator.


III.Use and model:
   JSCY-,JSCYG- series new rotary film deaerator (hereinafter referred to as deaerator) uses steam extraction of steam turbine to heat boiler feedwater to the saturation temperature under the corresponding working pressure of deaerator; Remove oxygen and other gases dissolved in feed water to prevent and reduce the corrosion of boiler pipes, economizer and other ancillary equipment. The model consists of Chinese phonetic alphabet and the main characteristic data of deaerator (treated water volume T/H).
For example:JSCYG--225 T/H means high-pressure rotary film deaerator with 225 T/H water treatment capacity.


IV.Product structure diagram
The structure of the deaerator is shown in Figure 1. It is composed of
(1) shell (2) vapour-water separator (3) new rotary film starter (4) spray grille (5) conventional liquid vapour network (6) water tank.
The whole set of deaerators is illustrated in Fig.
1:Shell: is made of cylinder body and stamping oval head welding.
2:vapor separator: this device replaces the original old-style deaerator within the straw hat cone structure design, so that the deaerator eliminates the discharge of steam with water phenomenon so that the heat loss of the discharge of steam is reduced to 1‰ or less.

3:New type rotary film starter:consists of water chamber, steam chamber, film starter pipe, condensate receiver, supplementary water pipe, hydrophobic receiver and once into the steam receiver. The new rotary film starter has a water film guiding device inside the rotary film tube, which can strongly lower the film even when running at low load and maintain a good rotary film skirt. Condensate, chemical make-up water, through the starting film tube is spiral according to a certain angle spray, the formation of water film skirt, and by the water tank through the liquid steam network, the water grate rising heating steam contact is heated to close to the deaerator working pressure under the saturation temperature (i.e. below the saturation temperature 2-3 ºC) and coarse oxygen removal. Generally by this start film section can remove the oxygen content of the feed water about 90-95%.

4:Shower grate: It is made up of several layers of staggered angular steel parts, and the feed water of the coarse oxygen removal by the starting film section and the secondary distribution by the high plus hydrophobic mixing here, falls to the liquid vapour net installed under it in the form of uniform shower.
5: gauge packing liquid vapour network: is composed of many open shape size of the same unit of SW-type mesh corrugated packing, composed of a cylinder, the gauge packing to maintain the advantages of screen corrugated packing and orifice plate corrugated packing, but also a large surface area, small pressure drop, operating flexibility, high separation efficiency, low energy consumption, never fall off and other characteristics. Feed water in full contact with the secondary steam here, heated to saturation temperature and when the depth of deoxygenation, low-pressure atmospheric deoxygenator below ≤ 10 PPb (national standard ≤ 15 PPb), high-pressure deoxygenator below ≤ 7 PPb.
 6:Water tank: In addition to the oxygen feed water gathered to the lower container of the oxygen removal head in the feed water tank, the oxygen removal water tank is equipped with a new scientific design of strong heat exchange reboiling device, the device has the advantages of strong heat exchange, quickly enhance the water temperature, more depth of oxygen removal, reduce the vibration of the tank, reduce noise, etc., improve the service life of the equipment, to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment operation.




V.Connection Accessories
  1.Safety valve: installed on
 the water tank, when the internal pressure of the equipment exceeds the allowable value, the safety valve automatically opens to release pressure, playing a safety protection role.

  2.Pressure gauge: installed at the upper part of the deaerator, monitoring the pressure inside the equipment.
  3.Thermometer: installed at the lower part of the tank, monitoring the temperature of the water in the tank.
  4.Butterfly valve: installed on the heating steam pipeline, with the help of electric regulator, the flow rate of heating steam is adjusted to keep the pressure in deaerator within the rated range.
  5.Shut-off valve: installed in the secondary heating steam pipeline; regulate the flow of secondary heating steam.
  6.Regulating valve: installed in the chemical make-up water pipe; with the help of an electric water temperature adjustment system, adjust the flow of make-up water; to maintain the normal water level of the tank.
  7.Level gauge: installed on the water tank to monitor the water level in the water tank.
  8.Electric gate valve: installed on the water discharge pipe of the water tank. When the water level of the water tank exceeds a certain limit, the electric gate valve will automatically open with the help of the electric water level regulating system, and the water exceeding the limit level will be discharged to the drain tank.
  9.Automatic pressure adjuster: automatically adjust the opening of the heating steam inlet flange. Both adjust the steam flow, but also maintain stable pressure in the deaerator.
 10.Electric water level regulating system: water discharge valve (electric gate valve) which can automatically regulate the flow of make-up water and control the limit water level.
 11.Thermometers for monitoring the temperature of the main condensate, chemical make-up, drainage, heating steam inlet, feed water and exhaust steam outlet in the deaerator.
 12.Pressure gauge for monitoring heating steam, main condensate, chemical make-up water and drain inlet pressure.
The above accessories can be purchased by our factory, but they are not within the scope of supply.



VI.Installation, operation and maintenance
  1,The installation of deaerator, water tank and accessories shall be carried out according to JSCY-JSCYG type I deaerator system diagram and this manual.
  2,deaerator and water tank after welding, should carry on the water pressure test, water pressure test pressure parameters in accordance with the relevant provisions.
  3,before the formal operation, should adjust the safety valve, when the pressure in the equipment reaches the specified value, the safety valve automatically opens.

4,adjust the automatic pressure regulator, making sure deaerator pressure within the prescribed scope, water tank outlet temperature within the prescribed temperature range. If the deaerator pressure exceeds the above range during operation, check whether the automatic pressure regulator fails and whether the butterfly valve is flexible.
5,Adjust the electronic water level regulating system to keep the water level in the water tank within ±100mm of the normal water level. When the water level reaches the normal water level of ±200mm, that is, the limit water level, the high water level drain valve (electric gate valve) is opened to drain water, and it should be automatically closed when the water level decreases. Always check whether the electric water level regulating system is flexible and whether the makeup water regulating valve is flexible during operation.
6,At runtime; The feed water should be heated to the saturation temperature close to the deaerator operating pressure (that is, 2~3ºC lower than the saturation temperature) in the filming section.

7,adjust the opening of the exhaust valve, so that the exhaust steam reaches about 0.5-3kg per ton of deoxygenated water.
8,water tank water level gauge should be washed regularly, to prevent pollution.
9,When the deaerator is running, the water inlet valve should be opened first, and then the heating air inlet valve should be opened. When stopping, on the contrary, close the air inlet valve first and then the water inlet valve. 
10,deaerator maintenance, the water in the water tank should be discharged, and clean up.
11,deaerator shut down for a long time, appropriate anti-corrosion measures should be taken.


A new type of high-efficiency rotary film deaerator was transformed from the spray packing type rotary film deaerator with water spraying disc:
  1.foreword

  Our factory supplies a complete set of new high-efficiency rotary membrane deaerator. We also undertakes the technical transformation work of water shower disc and spray packing rotary film deaerator in relevant power plants. According to our factory's previous technical transformation of deaerators in power plants, thermal power plants and self-contained power plants in various regions of China, it is proved that it is successful to transform the water shower type, spray packing type and water film type deaerator into a new type of rotary jet film type deaerator, and the effect is also remarkable.

  2.Brief introduction of the structure of the transformation part
  That is to say, using the shell head part of the original deaerator head, all the parts of the water spray disc or spray packing type and water film in the original head are removed, and the lower steam inlet disc is reserved, and then a regular liquid steam net and a perforated strainer are added at a certain position below the lower steam inlet disc, and then the annular pressure plate is sealed and fixed to prevent water vapor short circuit in future operation.

  Then untie the joint between the head and the cylinder, weld it and put it into the spin-shooting film extractor, and connect other parts of the pipeline mouth according to the provided transformation plan, which means it is finished. Then put into operation after acceptance.

   In the process of transformation, the diameter of the deoxygenating head is generally not increased, and its height is appropriately changed according to the specific actual situation, generally only increased or welded according to the original height.
