A: As company rules: 30% deposit need be paid before production. But if you are regular customer, 20% deposit is acceptable.

A: It depends on the quantity you order, but usually is 10-15 working days.

Q: Could we get free sample?
A: During passed 9 years,we found that these buyers who paid sample fee before order have become our regular customers. For Gelatin, 20feet container is always used to load about 20mt(20-60mesh),15-20mt(5-12mesh) ,without pallets
40feet container is always used to load about 26mt(5-60 mesh), without pallets
For gelatin sheet, 20ft can hold 20 MT, 40ft can hold 26 MT.

Q: When packing on pallets needed?
A: For Gelatin, 20feet container is always used to load about 13mt-15mt, each pallet packed one ton of product.
40feet container is always used to load about 25mt.
