Description

The plastic extrusion production line uses specially designed screw barrel, mold and extruder processing production process to produce wood-plastic products. The extruder can be directly extruded by single-machine two-stage mixing, or by two-step extrusion after granulation, which saves power and space, has high output and stable extrusion pressure. The preheating feeder is placed on the top of the main machine, and the residual water in most of the wood flour is extracted first, making the main machine feeding section more substantial; Good plasticizing and mixing effect. The optimized screw design and use make the cutting small, not easy to cut the wood fiber, and can make the material stay in the machine evenly. The screw barrel adopts bimetal treatment, which is wear-resistant and corrosion resistant, and its service life is greatly extended.

The production line produces PE, PP or PVC wood-plastic profiled products, which are mainly used for pallets, packaging boards, floors, outdoor decorative materials, etc., and are widely used. High addition of wood flour and plant fiber (up to 50-75%); The equipment has strong adaptability and can process PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PS, etc. at the same time.
