Description

Polyacrylamide (PAM), also known as flocculant, is a water-soluble polymer. Mainly divided into anionic polyacrylamide (APAM), cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) and nonionic polyacrylamide (NPAM). Widely used in petroleum, paper making, metallurgy, textile, printing and dyeing, mineral processing, coal washing, medicine, breeding, chemical industry and environmental protection.

Usage of PAM: First, we need to mix PAM with neutral impurity-free water to make a 0.1% concentration aqueous solution. Second, adjust the pH value of the liquid to be treated as needed, and mix the solution with the liquid to be treated. During the mixing process, we can speed up the growth and settling of flocs with proper agitation.

1.Used in textile and printing industries.
Using its strong hygroscopicity, it can reduce the breaking rate when spinning fine sand. Polyacrylamide as post-treatment agent can prevent static electricity and flame retardant of fabric. When used as a printing and dyeing aid, it can make the product have high adhesion fastness and high brightness, and can also be used as a non-silicon polymer stabilizer for bleaching.

2.Oil production
Used in petroleum industry, oil extraction, drilling mud, waste mud treatment, water channeling prevention, friction reduction and oil recovery enhancement.

3.Used in paper industry
Improve the survival rate of fillers and pigments to reduce the loss of raw materials and environmental pollution. Improve the strength of paper (including dry strength and wet strength)

4.As flocculant for water treatment
PAM can accelerate the settling of particles in suspension, accelerate solution clarification, and facilitate filtration. It can be used for water quality treatment and purification in chemical industry wastewater, municipal sewage, tap water industry, coal washing, mineral processing, metallurgy, iron and steel industry, electronics industry and other industries.

5.Used in food industry
It is used for cane juice clarification and syrup phosphorus flotation extraction in cane sugar and beet sugar production.
Cationic polyacrylamide is suitable for wastewater treatment with high organic colloid content in dyeing, papermaking, food, construction,
mineral processing and other industries.

Application of nonionic polyacrylamide:

1.Sewage treatment agent: It is most suitable when the sewage quality is acidic;
2.Textile industry: NPAM add some other chemicals that can be configured as chemical slurries for textile sizing;
3.Sand-fixing sand: Add a glue joint agent at a certain concentration, spray it on the desert, and solidify into a film to prevent sand and sand;
4.NPAM can also be used as a soil moisturizer for construction, building glue, interior wall coatings, etc.

Packaging and storage
