Character:The product is a colorless clear liquid.
Indications:
Supplement heat and body fluids. It is used for insufficient food intake or large amount of body fluid loss caused by various reasons.
Adverse reactions:
1.Too much or too fast infusion may cause water and sodium retention, edema, elevated blood pressure, rapid heart rate, chest tightness, dyspnea, and even acute left heart failure.
2.Inappropriate administration of hypertonic sodium chloride may cause hypernatremia.
3.Too much and too fast administration of hypotonic sodium chloride can cause hemolysis, brain edema, etc.
4.Phlebitis: It occurs during the infusion of hypertonic glucose injection. The incidence of phlebitis decreased when intravenous infusion was used.
5.Injection of high concentration solution may cause local swelling and pain if exosmosis occurs.
6.Reactive hypoglycemia: It is easy to occur when combined with excessive use of insulin, the original hypoglycemia tendency and total intravenous nutrition therapy stop suddenly.
7.Hyperglycemic non ketotic coma: it is commonly seen in diabetes, stress state, use of large doses of glucocorticoid, intraperitoneal administration of hypertonic glucose solution and total intravenous nutrition therapy in uremic peritoneal dialysis patients.
8.Electrolyte disorder: Hypokalemia, hyponatremia and hypophosphatemia are easy to occur when glucose is only supplied for a long time.
Taboo:
1.Brain, kidney and heart dysfunction;
2.Low plasma protein;
3.Uncontrolled patients with diabetes and ketoacidosis;
4.Hyperosmotic dehydration patients;,
5.Hyperglycemic non-ketotic hyperosmotic state.
