1. Q: Are you manufacturer or just trading company
A: We are both,we have our own factory. And also have many long-relationship factories.
2. Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM ?
A: YES (with your design, shape, size, packing ,etc.)
3. Q: Can I get Drink Bottle samples?
A: Surely you can. usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, DHL,TNT OR SF. Existing Sample is free (but we will charge for custom designs). If you have a discount of your FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL account, we may ship samples with your account. If not, we may
charge the shipping freight for samples and ship them by our discount account.
It always takes about 2-4 days for shipping.
4. Q: How long is the Sample lead time?
A: 5-7 days for existing random samples and 10days for samples with customized design after all approval.
5. Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: You may quote for the detailed turn around on different orders. About 30-40days
6. Q: What format of the artwork do you need for customized design?
A: JPG, AI, CDR, PDF and ESP, etc. are ok.
We will provide 3D virtual for your confirmation.
7. Q: How many colors are available?
A: We accept customized colors according to Pantone Matching System. Will also provide stock Colors for your reference.
8. Q: which kinds of Certificate would you have?
A: DGCCRF, LFGB, BPA FREE, FOOD CONTACT, ISO9000, ISO14001,BSCI
9. Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% againstcopy of B/L. LC at sight and Trade Assurance are
both acceptable.
