cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who are positive for mesenchymal lymphoma kinase (ALK) as determined by an SFDA-approved assay.
Crizotinib capsules can be used for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell
lung cancer (NSCLC) who are positive for mesenchymal lymphoma kinase (ALK) as determined by an SFDA-approved
assay. Approval for this indication is based primarily on objective remission rate (ORR) and progression-free survival
(PFS) evidence, and no evidence of survival benefit (OS) is currently available for this product.
