Silicon Calcium Barium (SiCaBa) Inoculant

Silicon Calcium Barium (SiCaBa) Inoculant is the most effective deoxidizer and desulfurizer in the Barium alloy. It can extremely reduce the oxygen in the steel and make the complicated oxide easier to flow from the molten steel, so as to pure the steel and improve its toughness.

Features:
1.To promote graphitization and reduce the chilling tendency;

2.To refine grains, reduce segregation and make the organization uniform;

3.To enhance the mechanical strength, adjust the hardness and improve mechanical properties;

4.To improve the matrix and distribution of graphite morphology;

5.To reduce internal stress and sectional sensitivity of castings.
