1.How long will it take to receive the products I purchased?
Lead Time: It usually takes 20-30 days for production.
Shipping Time: It takes 30 days by sea or it takes 7-14 days by air.

2. What about your payment terms?
Generally, for transactions through T/T or Alibaba Assurance Order, our payment terms are 30% prepayment within 3 days after signing the contract, and the remaining balance should be paid before loaded the container after confirming the goods. If you need, we also have other payment terms to negotiate.

3.We are a local factory without any importing experience. Is the foreign trade process too complicated for us?

4.How can I make sure the quality of your products?

Secondly,we have a quality control team to inspect the quality of cargos each shipment and will offer you glance of cargos (GOC,a pdf file recording all photos of cargos each shipment) after inspection.You can decide whether container loaded or not depending on your evaluation from GOC. At last,we offer you 180 days quality protection period from the date of arrival of your cargos.
