The battery have been exported to different countries worldwide.
1. In-production Inspection. The coating of the materials must be inspected strictly one by one to make sure all coatings are even and no defectives. The thickness and weights of the coating must be sampled and measured every 10mins to make sure the consistence of the finished coatings.
2. Charge-discharge inspection, voltage, capacity, internal impedence, dropout voltage, high-low temperature testing etc. must be conducted before shipping out. If the products were kept in warehouse over 3 months, re-inspection must be conducted before shipping out.
3. Also we must conduct long term testing such as cycling test, capacity test as well as other safety tests such as drop test, puncture test, squeezing test, short circuit tests and heating test etc. to make sure our products are totally safe.
4. After battery cells being assemblied, tests and inspections must be conducted again to monitor charging and discharing parameters.
