A: Yes, we could supply free samples of standard designs for our customer's qualification, but shipping cost to be collect.
In addition, customized samples are available as well, however, we will charge you the mold cost, plate cost and sample cost if needed.
Q4: What trading terms can you offer?
A: In common case, the trade term we offer is EXW, FOB and CIF. Of course, we could reach customers' specific requirement, like DDU, DDP and DAP.
Q5: What payment term can you offer?
A: We regularly ask" advance payment" at the beginning stage of business, a better payment term would be offered along with mutual-trust built.
