This equipment is mainly composed of tank, mixer, refrigeration unit, electrical control and other parts.
The tank body is all made of stainless steel SUS304, and the inside of the tank is precisely polished, free of dirt, easy to clean and corrosion-resistant.
The insulation layer of the tank body is filled with rock wool or polyurethane foam insulation material with low thermal conductivity, which is light in weight and good in insulation performance.
The stirring device consists of a motor, a reducer and a stirring device. The agitator and the tank are connected by flange, and the agitator is driven by the reducer.
The refrigeration system consists of refrigeration units, direct cooling jacket plates, etc. The refrigeration unit is equipped with a corresponding water-cooled condenser according to the needs (use it when the ambient temperature is high, and drain the cooling water when not in use). The compressors are all closed, reliable operation, energy saving and durable, and the cooling effect is ideal.
