Description
The new upgraded melting point device HMPD-02 has a great improvement since it emerged inthe market. The machine was designed to have moresophisticated features but costs as theeconomic one:
1.Sample chamber accommodates two different sample
2.Measurement range: room temperature to 300ºC
3.Temperature setting and display resolution: 0.1 ºC
4.Ramping rate to fast stage setting temperature: 20 ºC/min
5.The slow speed can be set as lowest as 0.1 ºC/min
6.Improved light path, brighter and comfortable, no scattering and fuzzy view
7.When reaching the fast stage temperature, temperature is held without overshooting andusers can set the fast stage temperature close to melting point to save measurement time
8.When reaching the fast stage temperature, machine will beep to remind users to continuethe next step. Users do not need to keep an eye on the operation
9.The "Read" button can simultaneously hold the melting reading and heating and easilydifferentiate the melting points of the two samples.
10.Calibration capable both chemically or external probeMPD-03 is the upgrade version of MPD-02 and has following more sophisticated features:
11.Built with internal fan to speed up the cool down process of the machine. The coolingrate is 25 ºC/min
12.The cooling process is automatically started when the analysis process ended, and the fanwill be turned off when the temperature reaching 5 ºC below fast stage temperature. Itwill help users quickly to do the next analysis
13.Double display in both outside and inside view. It help users frequently preventfrequently switching gaze between eyepiece and outside LED display
14.A hand-held "READ" push button helps users to record data quickly without looking forthe "READ" button in the fascia
15.Capable of recording data. Data will be stored permanently until erase Both devices have tilt rear feet to aid users to have a broader and clearer view.
