Description

The main characteristics of freezing oil: piston, screw, centrifugal. The main functions of freezer oil are as follows:

1, has the cooling effect, can timely take away the heat generated by friction on the moving surface, prevent the compressor from rising too high or burning out;

2. Fill the sealing part with oil to ensure the sealing performance, prevent the leakage of refrigerant, and provide hydraulic power for the unloading mechanism;

3. The movement of oil takes away the grinding chips produced by metal friction and plays the role of cleaning the friction surface.

The main characteristics of freezing oil:

1, appropriate viscosity;

2, low pour point, flocculation point and R12 insoluble content;

3, small volatilization, high flash point;

4, with good chemical stability and thermal oxidation stability;

5, no water and impurities.

It has the effect of reducing the noise of the compressor, the lubricating oil constantly washes the friction surface, removes the debris, can reduce the wear of the friction parts, can lubricate the surface of the moving parts of the compressor, reduce resistance and friction, reduce power consumption, prolong the service life.

1. Viscosity

When the temperature rises, the viscosity of refrigerant oil will decrease; When the temperature drops, the viscosity of refrigerant oil will increase. Therefore, the temperature should be indicated at the same time when the viscosity of freezing oil is indicated. Viscosity can be divided into dynamic viscosity, kinematic viscosity, relative viscosity and so on. The viscosity of refrigerant oil is often expressed by motion viscosity.

2. Freezing point

When the temperature of the frozen oil decreases, the fluidity becomes worse with the increase of viscosity. When the oil is cooled to a certain temperature, the frozen oil will stop flowing. At this time, the temperature is called the freezing point of the frozen oil. The freezing point is lower than the turbidity point.

3. Flash point

The freezing oil is heated until the oil vapor produced can flash when it contacts with the flame. At this time, the temperature is called the flash point of the freezing oil. The flash point of the refrigerant oil must be 1530°C higher than the exhaust temperature to avoid burning the refrigerant oil. The flash point of refrigerant oil is usually required to be above 160°C.

4. Ignition point

The ignition point of freezer oil is higher than the flash point. When the flash point is measured, if the ignition point is also needed to be determined, the freezer oil should be continued to be heated until the oil vapor generated can be ignited by the flame in contact and burned no less than 5s. At this time, the temperature is called the ignition point.

5. Turbidity point

When the temperature of freezing oil drops to a certain value, small pieces of paraffin wax begin to precipitate in freezing oil, and flocculent matter appears. At this time, the temperature is called turbidity point.

When solid paraffin is precipitated in the freezer oil, the freezer oil will become cloudy, and block the filter, so that the refrigeration system can not work normally. The turbidity point of the refrigerant oil should be lower than the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant. Otherwise, when the paraffin is precipitated, the paraffin will deposit in the throttle hole of the expansion valve, causing blockage, or deposit on the surface of the evaporator, affecting the heat transfer.
