1.Product Description
The TPU material is short for Thermoplastic Urethane, or Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer in Chinese. TPU is a kind of polymer material which is synthesized by the reaction of diisocyanates such as diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) or diisocyanate (TDI) with macromolecular polyols and low molecular polyols (chain extenders) . Its molecular structure is composed of rigid segments formed by the reaction of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) or diisocyanate (TDI) with a chain extender, and flexible segments formed by the reaction of diisocyanates such as diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) or diisocyanate (TDI) with macromolecular polyols.

2.Application

2. Recycling: as an elastomer, TPU is a kind of material between rubber and plastic. From its rigidity, the rigidity of TPU can be measured by elastic modulus. The elastic modulus of rubber is usually 1 ~ 10 mpa, TPU is 10 ~ 1000 mpa, and plastic (nylon, ABS, PC, POM) is 1000 ~ 10000 mpa.
3. The hardness range of TPU is from Shore a 60 to Shore d 80 and it has high elasticity in the whole hardness range, while TPU has flexibility without plasticizer in the wide temperature range of -40 ~ 120 ° C TPU is resistant to oils (mineral, animal and vegetable oils and lubricants) and many solvents.

2.Storage:
The resin should be stored in a drafty, dry warehouse and away from fire and direct sunlight. It should not be piled up in the open air.
3.Transportation:
During transportation, the product should not be exposed to strong sunlight or rain and should not be transported together with sand, soil, scrap metal, coal or glass. Transportation together with toxic, corrosive and flammable substance is strictly prohibited.
