A: From our contract date, our production team fully supportyou. COOC planning team set up reasonable schedule.
COOC team follow up each production process (material cutting, assembling,polishing,painting upholstery, packing),each process we will keep you post
updated inspection report. COOC Sales team keep you post as much as photos and video, we can meeting with you if needed.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit for standard products, 50% deposit for custom products.The balance will be collected before shipment. TT, L/C, Ali pay, Cash Available.
Q: What guarantee does COOC offer me?
A: We promise that the product has 1-year warranty, and the wooden frame of the furniture internal structure has a 10-year warranty.
Q: How is COOC packaged and labeled when shipped?
A: All furniture delivered is professionally packaged to minimize the risk of any damage in transit. Boxes are clearly labeled with the project number and
product code to simplify receiving.

A: Our price terms are EXW or FOB, you are free to have your order shipped overseas by the company of your choosing.We also have our preferred
