Q: How much for sample fee ?
A: We can offer favorable discount on sample fee according to bulk order quantity. We don't make margins from sample fee, the fee is charged reasonably based on all materials' cost and production cost. What we concern much is bulk order that can be confirmed. If each item bulk order qty over 500pcs, we can refund the sample fee.

Q: Quality assurance.
A: For all goods, we must make first sample for customers' approval and signed a standard sample before mass production. Our QC&QA strictly inspect each processing line and finished products before shipment. If any products are defective, we will either replace the defective products or pay the cost of replacing the defective products at its cost.

A: We will list out the production lead time in our proforma Invoice. We can update the production status by video or pictures from time to time.

Q: Can you provide shipping ?
A: We can help you check the freight fee .If for small quantity ,we suggest by EXPRESS (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX) .We can guarantee the goods safety because we will choose stable express way agency and buy insurance no matter what you need or not .if for big quantity ,we suggest by sea or by air .By sea is the cheapest, while it takes a long time.
