A: We're manufacturer, our factory in Zhongshan. Welcome to visit!
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally MOQ is one or two cartons each item. It will depend on the specific model.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: Noramlly, for sample, will be ready within 2-3 days. For bulk order, lead time will be 3-25days. Specific time will depend on quantity and models.
Q: Can you do custom logo and package?
A: Yes, of course. Welcome to inquiry and send your design for our ref.
Q: What kind of trade terms of your company use?
A: Generally the quotation is based on EXW price. But for big quantity order, we also could do FOB price as customer request.
Q: Which payment method I could pay?
A: You could pay with Made-In-China Assurance, TT, etc.
Q: How long is the warranty of your product?
A: Our warranty will be one year, for some items could be two years.
