The paper-size explosion-proof frequency conversion speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor is a new product successfully developed on the basis of the paper-size series motors and combined with the current domestic and foreign new technologies in electromagnetic structure, technology, materials, etc. It has good speed regulation performance, Energy saving, large temperature rise margin, long life, good performance, low noise, advanced explosion-proof structure, high reliability, convenient use, and maintenance, etc., and can be used with various frequency conversion devices at home and abroad, which is helpful for energy saving and automatic control. Its rated power rated speed and installation size are the same as the paper-size series motors.
This series of motors comply with the paper size "rotating motor rating and performance" industry standard paper size series variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor (the copy) frame size 80 +345[]] and its explosion-proof performance complies with paper size Explosive atmospheres Part paper size: Equipment General Requirements" and paper size Explosive Atmospheres Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures Paper Size", respectively made of flameproof ExdIMb, ExdIIBT4G b, ExdIIBT4G b, suitable for coal mine underground (the copy) non-excavation work Surface) and factory IIB, IIB level, temperature group paper size group in the hazardous area of explosive gas atmosphere.
The enclosure protection grade of this series of motors is IP or paper size, and the cooling method is Ic433.
This series of motors can also be made into humid tropics type, dry tropics type, outdoor type, outdoor medium anti-corrosion type, and outdoor damp heat type.
2. Structure Description
The paper-size explosion-proof frequency conversion speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor adopts a computer-aided design so that the motor can adapt to the situation of SPWBM and paper-size variable frequency power supply. To obtain a more appropriate inductance value, suppress and reduce the adverse effects of harmonics.
The electromagnetic load design of the motor takes into account a certain margin, which can not only ensure the overload capacity of the motor at high frequency but also maintain constant torque output at low-frequency operation. In addition, the motor insulation system adopts the 6-level insulation system widely used in the world, with reliable insulation and excellent performance. In terms of structural design, its installation size is the same as that of paper-size series motors, which is convenient for users to use together.
The motor adopts a separate axial flow fan for forced ventilation to ensure that the motor has a good cooling effect when running at different speeds.
3. Conditions of use
Altitude: suitable for altitudes not exceeding paper-size meters
Ambient air temperature: work in an environment where the ambient air minimum - of 15% does not exceed the paper size.
The maximum relative humidity of the ambient air does not exceed 9% (when the temperature is the paper size (the copy) coal mine underground) or the monthly average relative humidity of the wettest month is 80%, and the monthly average minimum temperature of the month is not higher than 25% (factory).
