The haul-off unit includes two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type, ten-claw type, twelve-claw type, etc. Scraps free cutting, saw cutting or planetary cutting can be applied, the property of machine group is reliable, the production efficiency is high. With special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe, and core layer bulpo pipe, etc, it can also produce PP, PE, ABS,PPR, PEX, silicon core pipe and pipe material of other material. The planetary cutting machine is fully automatic computer digital control, it has such advantages of simple operation, reliable property, etc. It has reached world advanced level.
Components of a PE Pipe Extrusion Line:1.Extruder:
The heart of the extrusion line is the extruder, which consists of a barrel and a screw. The PE resin is fed into the extruder's
hopper and moves through the barrel, where it is melted and homogenized by the rotation of the screw. The extruder applies heat and pressure to convert the solid resin into a molten state.
2.Calibration and Cooling System:
After exiting the die head, the hot molten PE pipe passes through a calibration and cooling system. This system typically consists of a water tank or cooling bath where the pipe is immersed to cool and solidify it. The cooling process ensures that the pipe retains its desired shape and dimensions.
3. Haul-off Unit:
Once the pipe is cooled and solidified, it is pulled or hauled off from the extrusion line using a haul-off unit. The haul-off unit consists of a set of tracks or belts that grip the pipe and apply the necessary pulling force to maintain a consistent speed and tension.
4. Cutting and Stacking System:
After the haul-off unit, the continuous PE pipe is cut into desired lengths using a cutting system. This system can include various cutting methods such as saws or guillotine cutters. The cut pipes are then stacked or collected in an organized manner for further processing or packaging.
