HXCP SDB6+6 Buckle Folding Machine is high quality buckle folder for the B2 sheet size. the first folding unit with 6 buckle plates can carry out a 6 time parallel folding, and the tail buckles can be installed in a parallel or vertical manner to achieve 6 times horizontal parallel folds or 6 times vertical parallel folding.

The folder can handle half folding, double parallel folding, roll folding and more. Easy for all buckle plate settings and fold roller calipers, fast make-ready and high productivity, it is the ideal folding machine for B2 size is package insert,brochure, map, etc..

3. Pnuematic paper feeder adopted, can supply the paper sheet continuously through electric monitoring eyes.

 4. Double sheet stopping device and no paper supply leads to shutting down the machine controlling system suddenly.

5.Spiral rubber strip folding roller, and have more friction , avid to slip away while folding the paper sheet,  Folding the glossy oil coated paper is possible.

 6. Alone vertical paper collecting stacker, and adjust the height of paper collecting counter freely.
